I have been working at W. R. Grace as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

great environment and location, friendly employees, it appears that mentor-ship is encouraged, I hope to come back full-time

    Cons

Aging workforce, sometimes communication between departments is unnecessarily slow

    Advice to Management

Take advantage of interns more- we want to gain experience! I feel I spent too much time making work for myself instead of being given a clear direction.

I worked at W. R. Grace (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Good benefits (health, dental, vision). Family-oriented culture at Deerfield, Illinois location.

    Cons

Wish more had been done to avoid closing the Deerfield, Illinois location. That location had many hard workers as evidenced by the range of years in service which was anywhere from a minimum of 5 years to 35 years.

    Advice to Management

Wish more had been done to avoid closing the Deerfield, Illinois location.
