    Pros

You are given the opportunity to take something and run with it and if you do well you're asked to take on more. Senior leaders do not hesitate to give positive feedback. It's a very positive environment. At Grace they trust you and treat you like an adult.

    Cons

I have none right now. I could not be happier. I have a great commute, pay, benefits, coworkers and job content.

    I have been working at W. R. Grace full-time

    Pros

Great company! The people are excellent and willing to collaborate on projects. My time here has been a pleasure as opposed the other bureaucratic establishment I came from. This company is filled with smart, innovative people and I cannot wait to see how all the change we are going through propels us into the future.

    Cons

With the changes, work life balance can sometimes be challenging, however, it is up to you. Management is in full support of work life balance.

    Advice to Management

Keep your head up and continue doing what you are doing....

I worked at W. R. Grace as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great people to work with. Big emphasis on safety, including safety training sessions for all employees. Supervisors are very professional and are approachable.

    Cons

During my short contract position, I didn't see any cons to working there. Even in the rougher environments of certain production areas, steps were taken to mitigate the effects on employees.

    Advice to Management

I wasn't there long enough to observe any major issues that I would advise management of. But a small suggestion would be for Corporate Management to listen to Plant Management, because I know that Plant Management listens to employees.
