I worked at W3Global (Less than a year)

    Pros

    People are trustworthy and good.
    HR team is helping.
They are quite professional and approachable.

    Cons

Policies need to more transparent in some cases

    Advice to Management

Though I understand its not easy to be small and earn profit but still they need to either make their policies very clear or communicate it well to employees. Transparency may cost them few bucks some time but would help them earn and maintain good name in long term.

    I worked at W3Global full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I worked for W3global for about 1.5 years. They got a very good HR team, really good in responding to the queries. The HR can team can easily find a project as they have a close relationship with some of the big vendors and they do have direct clients as well. Overall, a good to place work !!

    Cons

There were no real "cons" to the job. I had to move on as I ran into visa issues, otherwise given the choice I would still be working for the company to this day.

    Advice to Management

Let your employees know you appreciate their hard work and dedication.

    Pros

Employee friendly, always takes care of the employees and their needs. Have good HR and immigration team. Management is strong, transparent and work/life balance definitely exists here.

    Cons

Everyone does experience some growing pains, but its part of any organisation.

    Advice to Management

Keep the level of transparency. Employees won't always like the changes you are making but if you give them the reasons why, the best team members will stay and work really hard.
