    I worked at WABCO full-time

    Pros

Some of the people are nice.

    Cons

I don't even know where to begin. When I interviewed I was told my role would be one thing but when I started I was told it was something different but could change again in November so be patient. Two weeks in to employment I had no access to any systems or any formal training. I spent the first two weeks sitting there with nothing to do. Onboarding is completely non exisistent. The company is so unorganized! It took three weeks for me to be enrolled in benefits that are supposed to be effective the first day of employment. Three weeks later and they got my enrollment date wrong. I have left WABCO two weeks ago but they haven't removed me from coverage so I can't get covered under another insurance provider because of them. They didn't send my last check out on time and they haven't paid me the $350 they owe me in expense reimbursements. Human Resources is completely unresponsive to questions. The office is freezing, outdated and the set up is horrible. Human Resources sits in the same cubicle as IT, and right next to engineering and finance with no separation leaving employees personal information very vulnerable. Compensation, talent acquisition, benefits are just out in the open for anyone to walk by and see or hear. So unprofessional. I can't speak about the other locations but Rochester Hills is unorganized and lacking processes.

PLEASE TAKE ME OFF YOUR BENEFITS I DONT WORK THERE ANYMORE AND PAY ME MY EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT.

    Advice to Management

Please review current processes (or lack there of) and how they are effecting your employees.

I have been working at WABCO full-time

    Pros

A very generous compensation package to include their healthcare and overall benefits. Three weeks of vacation and the option of buying a forth, excellent.

    Cons

You will use many of those vacation days on days you are scheduled off or supposed to be off. Six day schedules and seven day schedules are expected and are sometimes made mandatory.

    Advice to Management

Be more honest to your employees. Just don't tell them what they want to hear, tell them the facts. That way they will deal with them more honestly.
