Good 401k match. Modern equipment. Being acquired by ZF
Cons
Rigid processes and reports that are generally European based with difficulty translating to USA No empowerment for sales staff to negotiate. No empowerment approval to make basic deal decisions by sales managers. No real strategy to deal with truck OE vertical integration so Wabco gets spec’d out of the lion share of business HR should be renamed “personnel “ because you are looked at as a number not as an... individual. No succession planning, small pay rises linked to a 1960s performance rating that grades you 1-5. Pay rises 1 or 2% take it or leave it. High turnover You’re just a number.

+ 401(k) is competitive. + Flexible working conditions for some workers. + On-site gym. + Some brilliant individuals, many great people.
Cons
- Constant change. Difficult to learn all the many processes and systems. Poor communication. - Some company systems are slow, manual, and outdated. - Morale can be low at times. - Work-life balance poor for some employees.
Advice to Management
Many processes are broken or slow. Focus less on pushing product to the customer, and more on improving the company systems.

Good people for the most part, great pay. 1st shift.
Cons
Dramatic ( Highschoolish ) behavior. They keep getting bought out, so job security. Poor training . Benefits are horrible besides 401k. Management is "clicky". No advancement

Relax, do not micromanage and take and management courses

Company is based in Europe. Management needs to improve communication regarding business decisions as well as performance. Poor work/life balance.

fantastic people works there (operating, day to day work) camaraderie and team work,
Cons
no direction company, they care only about numbers not in their talents and employees, HR is the worst I've ever seen, they intimidate you , you feel observed and judged by them, they see you as a number not as a part of the family, no growth, look for another company, this is not a good one.

Competitive base salary for industry/region, good 401k for industry, 3 weeks paid vacation if 30 or over, lots of opportunity within company

Pay tends to be somewhat competitive, but be sure to add all the stress and stir.
Cons
There are too many Manager pulling their staff in too many directions. Middle and Upper Management make additional demands on their Managers staff, so it begs the question " who is my boss and what do they really want" Excel files providing supporting data that works for one Manager but doesn't work for another. Begs another question "what do you really need and what will suffice". Note that you will never go to... work knowing what your day has in store, decisions are made on the turn on a dime, you will always be in flux and you will always be fixing the mistakes of upper managements whirlwind "don't stop and think of the outcomes" their 'fly by the sea" decision making methodology.
