This was a job I had to learn to do, so it was good to obtain new knowledge and skills I made some good friends as the employees I met while working there were very nice people. I did meaningful work at this company and enjoyed doing this type of work
*The benefits weren't the best *I received 1 raise after my first year (which I truly appreciated) but the company didn't believe in giving raises as the other employees always complained about never getting one AND I NEVER GOT ANOTHER ONE. *I watched several other employees get mistreated or talked down to by management *Not a professional work environment *CEO is too cheap to reward the employees with even a simple Christmas dinner as a gift/token of appreciation for the work from the employees through the year. That's sad. But the VP always gave employees something small, which helped. *Never a thank you or kind words of appreciation from CEO to the employees. A little bit goes a long way... *You only accumulate 1 day every 2 weeks for vacation time/PTO time which has to be used for sick time as well so you are rarely off work unless you take off without pay because you never know if you will need the time for a doctor visit or an illness. You also never accumulate more PTO no matter how long you work there. *NO Perks for working there so don't quit a decent job with good benefits to work for this one or you will regret it.Continue reading

I got a lot of good work experience in the time that I was there.
It was the most hostile work environment that I have ever been in. There was lots of raised voices, making fun, and ignoring. It sounds very juvenile and it was, but when it's your boss it is very unnerving.

You receive a pay check every two weeks.
You start out as a contract employee. After your 90 day probationary period, if they like you they will either hire you as a full time employee or keep you as a 1099 (contract) employee. It is at their desecration. They speak about you behind your back as well as in front of you. The micro managing is out of control and very uncomfortable. They have no concern for your well being or the well being of your family. It is a very unhealthy, unstable, fragile work environment that starts with the management team.Continue reading

A pay check every two week, benefits are offered they are not the best, but they are benefits. AND free coffee.
Being micro managed, being spoken down to and treated as if you are the worst type of person on the planet. It is poor work culture. This is not what you initially feel upon interviewing, but by the end of your first day you see that it is not a "normal" work culture.Continue reading

I get a paycheck every two weeks. Nice coworkers
it's everything you've read and more....just keep looking.People there are not happy with their jobs, and the CEO is a horrible person who makes fun of everyone. If you don't have a PHd, she views you as an idiot. A contractor visiting the company even noticed the tense environment and said, "How can you work here like this? The feeling is so tense and thick you can cut it with a knife". Management micromanages and is not willing to listen to employees, does not care about the team. Questionable business practices regarding many issues including pay, and discrimination.....they do not hire handicapped people to work here. (BTW- The only handicapped bathroom is on the 2nd floor....hope you can do the stairs to get to it. Otherwise you are out of luck.)

You get paid on a consistent basis. You will appreciate your next job so much more after dealing with the crazy CEO.
If they decide they don't like someone they will bully them until they quit because they don't want to pay unemployment. The owner does not hold herself accountable for anything even though she is constantly screwing stuff up. Constantly belittles and micromanages employees. Don't ever count on getting praise for good work, only plan on getting talked down to in the event that you mess up on one little item. If you haven't messed up in awhile don't worry they will dig to find something to talk down to you about. Don't tell them anything personal either because it will be used to mock you.Continue reading

The few pro's for me was a paycheck and it was close to home.
Micro-manages every position and person, management talks out of both side of their mouths, management talks behind employees back to other employees and will lie to you bold faced. For a regulated environment, management is non-compliant relative to projects and pharma companies they work for. Morale stinks and there is no camaraderie among employees. Turnover is sky high. Think twice before you commit to this firm. Nothing good will come of it.Continue reading
