    Pros

Great benefits. Great management. The salary is good too.

    Cons

Could always use more money but I haven't been here long enough for an annual raise.

    Pros

Talented part-time and home site consultancy

    Cons

"C" suite is disengaged and just following the Private Equity's requirements. Really high turnover and weak benefits.

    Advice to Management

You can't go any lower...the sub is in the mud...go ahead and sell!!

WBB works hard to create a positive experience for all or our talented employees. We work with outside vendors to ensure our benefit offerings are competitive within our industry.

I have been working at WBB Consulting full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The ideal job if you are interested in constantly pursuing your own initiatives. The company demands excellence. They take pride in having an elitist mentality, and strives to uphold the reputation. It is true that the company leadership and cornerstone is prior military, male, and over 40... The company is built off it's executive connections and naturally leans toward hiring individuals that can bolster and expand those relationships. If you have a knack for identifying potential contract vehicles or profitable endeavors it can be a great place to work.

    Cons

Did not follow through with promises given during the initial hiring process regarding compensation. Even when delivering exceptional service and praise at each annual evaluation still presented with pay cuts rather then incentives. Does not provide avenues for growth within the company if employed under a services contract.

    Advice to Management

I have no issues with upper management. Out of sight, out of mind I suppose. It is unfortunate that the satellite employees have so little opportunity to connect with on-site. Being alienated removes the sense of loyalty, comradery, and honor that comes with working closely with the consulting side of the company.
