I have been working at WCN full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Fantastic Leaders, Brilliant Employees, Great Executive Team
    Outstanding Products
    Competitive Compensation
    Happy Customers
    Fun place to work

    Cons

Operates like any small company. You better be prepared to roll up your sleeves and get things done yourself and wear multiple hats. You will do things outside of your job classification to continue the pace WCN is on. To me this isn't a CON but more of a heads up. This is a job for passionate/motivated people who like to have fun!

    Advice to Management

Continue hiring great leaders and passionate employees!

    Pros

The company is the leading campus recruiting software company in the world. The technology has lead the organization to have clients that are a "who's who" of the Fortune 500. The company is heavily investing into the future of the organization which makes it a very exciting time to be part of the growth.

    Cons

Communication could be better among the various divisions of the organization. S

I have been working at WCN full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexible working environment with good camaraderie. Top tier clients ie Goldman Sachs so great exposure and cool projects to work on. Product is very good. Growing company. Investing even further in product and people.

    Cons

Internal tools not great but bringing on new CRM so that will change. Need more meeting rooms or phone booths for calls.

    Advice to Management

Keep hiring experts to help bring the company to the next level. Continue the focused strategy.

I have been working at WCN full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

People - friendly and approachable staff from top to bottom. Everyone made a real effort during my on-boarding process, and it's great to see so many WCN'ers clock up more than 10 years - not something you see often in the industry. Technology - smart, highly configurable product, supporting the recruitment demands of complex blue chip organisations. R&D and future direction of the product is exciting - the HR Tech industry has been waiting for the next big development to change the way we recruit, and WCN have come a long way to delivering innovation with their AI offering - exciting times ahead!

    Cons

Some growing pains, but part and parcel of becoming a bigger organisation - key is that senior leadership are on the same page about what's required to make us successful

    Advice to Management

I worked at WCN full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great people - the people are the best part of working at WCN. The relaxed environment is also favoured over a fast paced tech organisation setup.

This place is a fantastic stepping stone into a high paying role, but not somewhere to build a career as you will not see the return on your time investment at WCN.

    Cons

Pay - It is no secret within WCN that pay falls below the industry average. Annual increases are marginal and the staff retention is average to low.

The CEO seems to be obsessed with predictive analytics, and is so focused on this, he seems blindsided to the cracks within his workforce.

The technical team are great people.

    Advice to Management

Keep the staff happy, with reviews and reward and your staff will stay long enough to add value to the team. I felt knowledge evaporated as people left with little to no handovers.

There is only so long you can keep plugging holes until the ship isn't worth sailing anymore

I have been working at WCN part-time

    Pros

Fantastic culture - really enjoyable place to come into work to each day . Very adult and forward thinking attitude to flexible working, which is to be admired. It's great to be part of a company that is so innovative and going through such a period of growth. Flat structure enables individuals to gain exposure and experience in working alongside senior members of staff and with high-profile clients.

    Cons

None to note as of yet!

    Advice to Management

Continuation with engagement pieces, career planning and interaction between business teams.
