    Pros

some great people, fun atmosphere. warmer environment than most agencies. interesting client mix. a few extremely gifted staff members and leaders. nice flexible working benefits.

    Cons

lots of politics at senior levels. rampant favoritism. pay is inconsistent. agency has a difficult time internationalising. some male seniors are highly unprofessional to female peers. HR has terrible reputation for mistreating staff, and misleading them.

    Advice to Management

more consistency in pay. be more honest. be less passive aggressive. less favoritism.

Some really-nice people who will mentor you well

    Cons

You've to be careful of what you say, people can be quite superficial, you gotta learn how to play politics to survive

    Advice to Management

Be less biased in hirings, promotions. It should be based on talent, not on whose face you like.

    Pros

Definitely the place to go if your looking for this balance. Great culture - fun team of people to work with. Alot of recognition is given out when due.

    Cons

Favouritism is profound. Too focused on the need for a work life balance. People not pulling their weight equally. Not many people know the brand - even within industry, people are still starting to get to know us.

    Advice to Management

There is too much red tape and bureaucracy within the agency internally. This needs to change. Your having a lot of good people leave because of this.
