I was stationed at a site without running water, no company phone charger and no restrooms on property. I had reported breaches and holes in the fence for many months and nothing was done. They pick favorites and your hard work doesn't matter, I've seen good guards go and they retain people who don't work. When they lose contracts they will let go of people who aren't in the cool club.
