    Pros

Good industry. Good products and free fruit.

    Cons

Turnover in upper management and those leaving are the good ones. A lot of politics and favoritism, some employees spoil the culture and this is allowed by upper management. Targets are very challenging to achieve. Divide between content and non-content teams.
