I have been working at WGSN full-time

    Pros

Good industry. Good products and free fruit.

    Cons

Turnover in upper management and those leaving are the good ones. A lot of politics and favoritism, some employees spoil the culture and this is allowed by upper management. Targets are very challenging to achieve. Divide between content and non-content teams.

    Pros

Friendly staff, open workplace, everyone was motivated to work hard and get the job done

    Cons

People travel a lot so it could be easy to lose track of people, making it difficult to plan some meetings

    Cons

Data management is awful and needs to be prioritized.

I have been working at WGSN full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

As I newer employee, I am so impressed with the level of time and dedication that management spends with you to ensure success. Expectations are quite high, but hard work is recognized, and there are a lot of great opportunities to grow within the company!

It also helps to work with an exciting product, and a group of intelligent, motivated team players who are passionate about what they do.

Overall, I am loving my time at WGSN and look forward to growing my career further within the company!

    Cons

Salaries tend to be a bit low, but working with a great team, in a positive environment can often outweigh this factor.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work! You inspire me daily!

I have been working at WGSN full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Open office, dynamic culture, industry leader, great if you're happy navigating swiftly changing situations. Your ideas can really make an impact.

    Cons

Tight timelines, constant pressure to deliver. Management style is not all that mature and relies too much on guesswork and heroics.

    Advice to Management

Try improving processes without killing velocity. A little more maturity in how projects are managed would be helpful, like better risk and quality management. Better management of communication across teams would also be helpful.
