I'm a long time employee with this Company. I have had many advancements during my years of working here.

    Pros

This Company has a lot of advancement opportunities if you are willing to put in the time and hours. A lot of different places to work each day and a wide variety of different people to meet and become friends with. You are not stuck behind a desk all day, you have different accounts going on at one time, so different places to check up on. Each Customer is unique in their expectations, but great Customer relations.

    Cons

The hours can be hard until a person gets used to it.

    Awful

    Pros

Is there really a pro to this job? I would have to say getting to see new places

    Cons

Pay is always messed up, no structured time keeping for associates. Turnover is horrible due to pay mess ups and not actually paying associates for time worked. Example: if you show up at 3am for riding to work you dont get paid the first hour or last hour. If your a supervisor you dont get your supervisor wage unless you actually are running an event, some supervisors only get 1-2 stores running a week. Higher management decides to hire either the competition Managers to make company like them or hire their best friends and push out other managers who have proven success.

    No Growth

    Pros

work own schedule, holidays off, however you easily work 60+ hours a week.

    Cons

must be on call 24/7. Turnover is high hourly and salary, favoritism from upper management, they keep who they like. constant pressure to perform. overly stressful job when your people don't show up to work. this job is ideal for a single individual, if you have a family, this job is not for you, having to work overnight and sundays most of the time. no bonus or raises. company is not profitable. drive your own vehicle putting mileage for what they pay is not wort it.

Good Company pay is not the best though.

    Pros

I was promoted through the ranks after starting as an inventory manager. Within a year I was an area manager and in another year a district manager. The work was almost 100 percent travel and it was tough to find a work/live balance. I did enjoy the people and the work was fast pace and interesting. I would certainly recommend the job to someone who does not have a family or is married. Nice people and room for advancement were the two best things.

    Cons

I was required to travel almost every Monday through Friday. My territory included three states so it was always somewhere pretty far away from home. The budget for hotels is not very high either so you stay in alot of cheap motels. Travel, odd hours, pay is not the best for all the work you are asked to do.
