    Pros

Each day is a different job site. Very rare you work at the exact same location multiple days. Paid weekly

    Cons

Starting pay is 14.00/hr which makes it hard to make ends meet. Especially during slow season (Thanksgiving through Christmas)

    Pros

On the road in different hotels traveling to different cities.

    Cons

Bad pay Bad hotels, they were cheap on getting nice hotels You have to watch your pay because they will play with your money, watch the hours you work. Horrible communication., supervisors are not professional and fair to all individuals. And they will fight over a ladder so I suggest you go and buy your own.

JOB ISNT BAD READ PROS AND CONS

Sep 15, 2021 - Inventory Associate in Brooklyn, NY

    Pros

Starting pay is 15/hr. If you’re a good counter and high in the ranking, your pay can increase. If you hand in a drug test and count inn Pharmacies, you get 16/hr instead of 15. You get travel time pay if the destination is in a different state from where you are located. They are always willing to offer supervisor positions. They also have driver position as well. Get 18/hr for the travel time and if you’re a supervisor you get a different pay rate. Not 15. I don’t recall but if you are a driver you get paid the 15/hr pay when you hell the other associates count.

    Cons

The workers are nice but to be honest be prepared for females with attitude. Don’t make it get to you.

    Awful Company

    Aug 30, 2021 - Inventory Associate

    Pros

Nothing good about the job. Worst job I’ve ever had.

    Cons

Everything! Inconsistent hours/work, a lot of “mandatory” jobs that are over 2 hours drive. No mileage pay, but they have a company van if you don’t mind carpooling with some weird, creepy people. Can’t even have your lunch in a location you did inventory, must immediately leave the building, not allowed to shop at stores during lunch/breaks, and cant use breakrooms at stores so no fridge, better pack some icepacks in your lunch bag thats sitting in your car. Very short notice on jobs and they will cancel an inventory at the last second when you’re at the location and then tell you to leave only to call you back to go to another location in the area after you’ve already left. No drug testing so you’re working with people who are high and look tweaked out and lenient background checks so probably working with ex-cons, shady people. You can drive over an hour to a job site and be there as little as 2 hours or over 10 hours, you never know, just depends on how many people there are and how fast they are. Minimum wage pay, no benefits, management likes to play favorites. You only get one day of training and you’re expected to know how to work your machine and do it quickly.

    Pros

People were very nice, hours were flexible, got to see different parts of the state, and it's easy to advance further up.

    Cons

Management was disorganize, They would penalize me for missing days I wasn't scheduled to work on, and would mess up my paycheck.

    Pros

Paid travel and accommodations; different job location everyday; company provided transportation to and from job site; advancement opportunities; production based wage increasements; hiring bonus; paid weekly

    Cons

Constant changing work schedule with little to no notice; poor communication from upper management; variable shift hours- some shifts are 3hrs, 6hrs, or 9hrs depending on staffing; poor scheduling of staff based on needs by upper mgmt; low moral; no voice; feel as if there is little to no support from upper mgmt as a Supervisor or counter; no actual training period provided- 1-4hr session with trainer then once on job crew expected to train and count reducing their overall productivity and ensuring mgmt involvement; no official recurring day off per week- may work 3 days then day off or work 11 days straight

    Just don't.

Jul 29, 2021 - Inventory Counter in Saint Louis, MO

    Pros

•It's a paying job •it's super easy to do •you can travel •you are paid weekly •there's chances to move up in the company •sometimes you work with cool people

    Cons

So we are clear, I wouldn't even give one star. If you like easy and quick jobs this is a great job for you, but keep these things in mind. •you only work around 5-7 hours a day •number based. They don't care about you personally. •they say they give you $14 a day for food when traveling but it's supposed to be on your check. They don't do that. •corporate has no idea what's going on most of the time. They mess up hotels stays and reservations among other things. •calling out for family emergencies could get you fired because, again, they don't care about what you're facing. •management lies to get what they want from you and will throw you under the bus the first chance they get. •your schedual will be changed a lot. Even after you confirm your already scheduled jobs. •you can not get a day off for 2 weeks most of the time. •they never have drivers at the "meet place" if you live rural and not city. •they want you to finish quickly but also accurately, but in order to finish the job as quick as the goal they set for you, you have to be able to count close to 5000 units per hour. •they are not a friendly company. You are nothing but a number. •there's a LOT more. Just don't.

They will make it seem like the best thing ever. Trust me, it's not.

    Pros

Honestly... There are none besides meeting people. If you want to travel ALOT and meet people at the stores you go to and get to know the team your working with then go right ahead. Dollar Generals are fine, they usually take only up to 6 MAYBE 7 hours. The team and managers are nice and friendly though.

    Cons

Very Erratic hours, you have to leave for work anytime between 1 am- 5 am or 5 pm -7 pm depending on how far from the office you live. If you like 12 hours nights at Target just counting then you'll love this. The manager will tell you " If you like money, you'll like this job." That is a bold face lie since you only get paid $15/hr with performance incentives going UP TO an extra $1.50. The only reason I think people even like this job is because you get paid travel time, which according to one guy I worked with doesn't even count if you drive your personal vehicle. I could be wrong but you don't even get paid the first and last hour of travel time. Why people think this job is worth it for what your getting I have no idea, your getting paid travel time excluding the first and last hour and your body is thrown into chaos because of the erratic hours. But depending on how your body handles it and your used to it then you might be fine. My honest opinion is that this job REALLY isn't worth it. The people that think it's worth it apparently don't know that there are tons of better jobs, Can't get a better job, or want to put themselves through hell for the paid travel time that's touted as a benefit and the best thing ever. The job itself is easy, it's all the crap around it like the erratic hours and the almost nothing, because of inflation and rising costs of everything, pay. They also match $1.50 for every dollar in the 401k but that really shouldn't be the only deciding factor on whether this is worth it or not to you.
