Not all employees contribute as a team player. Always calling out and end up being at an event till 6pm but not always. when it should only take 4 to 5 hours. I hate working dollar tree stores.

    Pros

If you love to travel and have new experiences then this would be a part time job. If you have a problem the company is there for you. This is a world wide organization. We travel in a company vehicle to where we need to inventory. Mostly just does day jobs but there is some overnight or twt to three day stays. Company pays for, hotel, you get travel pay and per diem.

    Cons

The hours are the hardest. Most times we leave anywhere from 3 to 5 am and get back anywhere from 8 to 16 hours later. Sometimes we leave at 4 to 7 pm and don't get back till 2 to 6am.You must have transportation to and from local office!!! This is not a good job for someone with young children. The hours are crazy. You may get in from a job and have to leave in a few hours for another one. This john had a specific start time but there are many variables that go into when the job is done.

    Travel, fast advancement

    Feb 26, 2017 - Travelling Inventory Specialist

    Pros

Travel 3-4 nights/week, $14.0/day per diem, fast paced, fast advancement, eligible for $.50 every 6 months, not boring, competitive, travel with team of 30-50 like second family

    Cons

Poor management, lack of communication, favoritism not uncommon, outdated production appraisal methods allow hose with no integrity, the same recognition as an honest, ambitious employee who has integrity, often a lack of recognition, seasonal (mid Feb-mid Oct), promotions go to brown nosers rather than those who work hard, are good at what they do, and deserve it.

Unprofessional, unorganized and just plain HORRIBLE

    Pros

You earn a paycheck, that's about it

    Cons

No benefits, hours are extremely flexible (don't plan on having a life), the so called "management" is unprofessional, rude and unorganized, low pay, not compensated for time worked (you may be traveling/working 12 hours but you only get paid for maybe 9), training is a joke- they pretty much hand you a scanner and say 'go for it' but make you look and feel like an idiot if you mess up or have a question, morale is low, all workers were complaining since the day I started. I say only take this job if you are DESPERATE for an income otherwise get a job at Mcdonald's or cleaning toilets at a motel. This place is a joke.

    Pros

there's really no pro, other than you get paid 11.50 to start, and if you stay with them long enough you can earn a good amount of raises

    Cons

riding to new locations after work taking an hour to check into hotels, it feels like you literally never stop working, you have like maybe 3-4 hours of free time in the work day?

    Pros

Good time spent on the road if you like to travel. Employees were enthusiastic and friendly. Pay was decent for a summer job and it got me out of the house.

    Cons

It was actually really hard work for inventory. I remember the first week my knees were shot after the week of inventory at Wal-Marts.
