    You're exposed to lots of different parts of the entertainment industry. Learn to work with very different personalities.

    Takes a long time to move up, pay is not great for several years.

    - Best education in the Entertainment Industry you can get. - Varied, Challenging work. - If you love entertainment, the perks are amazing.

    - Don't expect a work/life balance. - The pay is minimal but there are a thousand people behind you who would take nothing for your job.

    Very little mentor-ship, they treat the male assistant better...usual problems that you find in the Entertainment industry

    great class of interns, learn the entertainment industry from the bottom-up, gain knowledge from the most successful talent agents in the business, networking opportunities every day

    not a very structured program, requires a very proactive candidate to find work, little organization

    there does not need to be 30 interns for a summer, 15 was enough as is

    If you're looking to get your start in the entertainment industry, you have to go to an agency -- and WME is the best one out there. It's like grad school for entertainment.
