Flexible. Work environment, culture and technology is great. Company is fun to work for, and benefits use to be better but are still ok, average at least.

    Pros

Great opportunities for advancement and if you work hard it usually does not go unnoticed. Also nice gym, great new building. Nice parking. Good training.

Keep what made WMS a innovative fun company, but do not loose sight of that at the cost of employees. Happy employees make the best employees.
