I have been working at WNS full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Paycheck if it's correct.

    Cons

This pace has bad terrible managers who start drama. The Call center manager is actually sleeping around with the Quality Assurance Team. Disorganized. A call center,. where the management is allow to walk around and eat Turkey wings all day long , and avoids taking supervisor call because she does not want to. The call center will be bound to loose more contracts because of poor management. HR is just awful, she cant even explain the health insurance plans to the employees. This place is just beyond digusting. They seem to have warm bodies syndrome. They simply cannot even keep workers because they mistreat them. You only get thirty minutes for break, and they expect you to work 8, 9, 10 hours on the phone. This place is always running short on customer support because of dishonest managers they have. They have this male manager who is actually on drugs. On a good sober day he may work, but on the days that hes high up , his eyes are blood shot red, and he wont do a bloody thing. The Quality Control Team is just awful. Quality Assurance cannot even coach new employees on how to handle calls because they never do any work, but just in the corner, and order lunch and do nothing but gossip, belittle and berate other employees who are working. This place has a race problem. There's no diversity within hiring people at all. if they beg you to work overtime , those paychecks are never correct at all.

    Advice to Management

Actively conduct drug tests especially on supervisors. Hire a Private investigate to follow the Call Center Manager around so that the company can have exposure to his inappropriate office romance with the Quality Assurance Manager. Higher managers who act professional instead, managers who just there not working at all, all they want is a paycheck, and some of those same managers will not take any supervisor calls and they will lie on good hard working people that are actually doing their job correctly. You can never trust management with personal issues because they will simply repeat your issues and tell the whole entire call center. Do not apply to WNS (PERIOD) because you're just wasting time. No job security, no structure, just dirty managers who operate with lying on people. Hire a whole new management team at WNS 1401 Shop Road Columbia, SC ............

    I worked at WNS full-time

    Pros

Benefits, Some Training, Trainer is a delight, but overwhelmed

    Cons

Lack of Policies, Double standards, not meeting promises

    Advice to Management

Do not allow purses or cell phones on floor, no blankets, strict dress attire, professional demeanor, stop harassment, do not write up an employee without consulting their side of the story, Put a stop to Manager favoritism, prejudice, and do not let your employees or management let any one make their own rules. The company states they byed by a circle of values. Hold everyone accountable. Even management. You can hire all the people you want. They will learn by what they see not by what they are told. Don't fire the person who has advised you the most on what is happening on your floor. Your agents sound miserable on the phones, some their words can not be understood, others sound like their sleeping. Bilingual mean fully bilingual. Stop the bullying the harassment, take a look at your productivity and incentives. Forcing people out of lunches and breaks to get them on the phones. You are not meeting the customer needs.

I have been working at WNS (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Health dental vision insurance, 21 days pto 3 fho per year, 3 hotel stays at 5 star resorts per year, monthly bonus based on performance, $1000.00 quarterly bonus just for showing up for work, 401k and even pet insurance. Inbound calls and hourly pay no commission worries here.

    Cons

There is a lot to learn, however you receive 12 weeks of training to prepare you. Also if you can't handle a client yelling at you once in blue moon this job is not for you.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work

    Pros

There is nothing good to say!

    Cons

HR and upper management are very rude. Do not speak to employees whose skin is darker than theirs. Does not pay people their worth. There is no promotion for you in this company if you are not of European or Indian decent.

    Advice to Management

You all need to take a coarse on humanity!

I worked at WNS full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Paid Time off was the only plus. 3 weeks paid vacation. Oh and 7 paid holidays a year.

    Cons

Pay was horrible. Benefits too expensive. $200 extra a month PER CHILD for insurance! They treat you like garbage if you have a bad day/week/month.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees like humans. Not like the Indian slaves over in India!!! Management is the issue and NO room for advancements!

    Pros

There really are none to report

    Cons

The company is owned by and run from India. The culture reflects this. They have little care for employees and a cut throat approach to growth within.

    Advice to Management

    Remove yourself from the US.
