    Pros

Great atmosphere the company invests in its employees at a local level .

    Cons

The upper management is disconnected and doesn't know or care to know the boots on thr ground.

    Advice to Management

I worked at WNS full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The water tastes really good in cafeteria

    Cons

If you want to feel like a failure every day and cry in the parking lot before work. This is the job for you

    Advice to Management

Attitudes RN rampant here. No one is friendly and the customers are horrible. Supervisors need to be supervised newcomers are treated horribly and they wonder why employees run from this job truly a horrible place to have to come to five days a week. Do not apply that is my advise

I worked at WNS full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Laid back, You make really close family like friends, easy, can work with your days off and you have an opportunity to make up for unscheduled time.

    Cons

Not enough pay, too new so constant changes and hard to get a day off sometimes, overtime decreasing and a lot of people change jobs, no career advancement opportunities at this time and only available shift at this time would be night because no one seems to want to work it.

    Advice to Management

They have files that contain information on what your employees would like to see changed in your company. Perhaps looking over that might help employees form looking elsewhere for job opportunities. Your company is great for the most part but still relatively new in the area I worked in so there were plenty of adjustments and a lot of the employees who should be receiving more than they are getting paid are not. For example, the people who deal with the complaint calls and such are getting the same amount as the front line agents but are deemed with the title of supervisor when we bring them over.

I worked at WNS full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Entrepreneurial place where you can do what you want as long as you bring in the revenue. Mediocrity of some execs means that an average guy who works hard can become a star. They will pay for performance

    Cons

If you don't deliver, compensation becomes unattractive and you will want to move on. Culture is heavily South Asian. If you are based outside of India don't expect to know whats going on.

    Advice to Management

Become more international, closer to clients. Invest in people with IP/IQ.

    Pros

The company in Wilkes-Barre is growing to include many growth opportunities as long as you have a strong work ethic. You truly have to put out 100% and you will be rewarded. Benefits package is available. They do their best to keep employee moral positive and recognition to all agents. When available, there is overtime and bonuses to meet business needs.

    Cons

Due to the business need, shifts are all over the place and weekends/holidays are required. Need to be VERY flexible.
