I have been working at WNS full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Benefits are the only good Pro there.

    Cons

No advancement opportunities very picky about your work

    Advice to Management

There is little to no advancement at WNS any longer. Especially in the Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania location. Contracts are always coming and going as soon as you get somewhere you have to start over again.

    Advice to Management

Attitudes RN rampant here. No one is friendly and the customers are horrible. Supervisors need to be supervised newcomers are treated horribly and they wonder why employees run from this job truly a horrible place to have to come to five days a week. Do not apply that is my advise
