I have been working at WNS (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Health dental vision insurance, 21 days pto 3 fho per year, 3 hotel stays at 5 star resorts per year, monthly bonus based on performance, $1000.00 quarterly bonus just for showing up for work, 401k and even pet insurance. Inbound calls and hourly pay no commission worries here.

    Cons

There is a lot to learn, however you receive 12 weeks of training to prepare you. Also if you can't handle a client yelling at you once in blue moon this job is not for you.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work

I have been working at WNS full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

There is nothing good to say!

    Cons

HR and upper management are very rude. Do not speak to employees whose skin is darker than theirs. Does not pay people their worth. There is no promotion for you in this company if you are not of European or Indian decent.

    Advice to Management

You all need to take a coarse on humanity!

I worked at WNS full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Paid Time off was the only plus. 3 weeks paid vacation. Oh and 7 paid holidays a year.

    Cons

Pay was horrible. Benefits too expensive. $200 extra a month PER CHILD for insurance! They treat you like garbage if you have a bad day/week/month.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees like humans. Not like the Indian slaves over in India!!! Management is the issue and NO room for advancements!

I worked at WNS full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

There really are none to report

    Cons

The company is owned by and run from India. The culture reflects this. They have little care for employees and a cut throat approach to growth within.

    Advice to Management

    Remove yourself from the US.
