    Pros

Some of the people you work with are nice. Good benefits.

    Cons

There is no sense of employee appreciation. They are very cheap and expect you to go all out of your way for them but do nothing to earn it.

    Positive Outlook

I worked at WNYW as an intern

    Pros

Fox 5 New York definitely stands out from the other stations because of the newsroom innovation that they are creating. This station does not even compare to other stations because all of the reporters think outside of the box and are able to report on exciting things rather than the typical news stories.

    Cons

There are many interns so you don't get to do a lot of hands on work.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing!
