    The attitude of the people is like a breath of fresh air -- especially compared to other contact centers.

    Cons

    Work life balance is a serious challenge. If you are in sales and take your earned vacation, you make basically minimum wage during the time off. Who can pay their bills when they take a vacation?

    Advice to Management

    Understand what you are doing to your front line sales people when they take the time off you encourage them to take -- you put them in a position when they can't pay their basic bills.

    Pros

    Having worked for other cable companies it is refreshing to work for WOW. Not only do they care about their customers, and they do, they care about their employees.

    Cons

    401k needs to be improved. Compensation plans need to be reviewed.

    Advice to Management

    Need to find a way to compete in the marketplace. Look for more opportunities to expand footprint.

    COnstantly growing and innovating. Trying to actively find better products for customers, and better resources for employees

    Cons

    401k matching could improve a little bit.

    Advice to Management

    Continue down this path. Our stock has increased and we are constantly in the news in a positive way!

    Health insurance was good

    Cons

    Over work dispatchers and Techs. The equipment is outdated and does not work. at least 30-40 min on a call with a tech trying to get services working for a customer. 2-3 hours at times. The ULTRA equipment is a JOKE!!!

    Advice to Management

    Hire more people. Improve equipment and make it work.

    Pros

    Hours and Pay according to level of expertise is very competitive with the rest of telecommunications industry. Steady hours and group interactions. Stand up desks are being provided which is great.

    Cons

    Interaction between departments can be very challenging at times. Direct Supervision is subpar and needs to improve. Pay rates need to be more competitive.

    Advice to Management

    Regular Town hall meetings is a must. Technician documented training is imperative to reduce high turn over rates.
