I have been working at WSECU full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

WSECU truly cares about it's employees. They provide good pay, amazing benefits and the atmosphere is so friendly. They're constantly thinking of ways to improve employees work lives, along with members. I'm a long term employee and like many others, left to see if the grass was greener. It's definitely not and WSECU understands. They welcome back great people who've tried the other side. I'm proud to be a WSECU employee.

    Cons

It's a lot of hard work but it pays off.

    Advice to Management

Keep employees in the forefront and they'll take good care of the members.

I have been working at WSECU full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Many training opportunities and wonderful team members. The employees are the stars of this organization. Working in the front office is a better experience than at the main office.

    Cons

Office politics are in the way, too many mid-upper level management, and it is clear management doesn't care if employees leave.

    Advice to Management

Please hold your leaders accountable for staff dissatisfaction. Its very difficult to work here with the current leadership in place and the good leaders are either stepping down or leaving because they cannot change the environment.

I worked at WSECU full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The benefits are great, among the best around, it actually makes it very hard to leave here once you become acclimated to this compared to what is offered elsewhere.

    Cons

The lack of respect for employees and what they bring to table is disheartening. The politics here have gotten out of hand to where I would have never thought possible when I began employment here. No one in upper management seems concerned as awareness regarding this issues has been raised by several people and nothing has been done and people continue to leave.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of the people bringing this place down, get rid of the politics. You are losing long time employees. Clean house.
