I have been working at WTS International part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Pros. ? Pros are they don't give you full time, so your only treated like dirt part time. Pros ?
Your paid like a fast food worker, and even that they find a way to discount so the pro is you won't stay long if you do dare to try them.

    Cons

Management is incompetent and non existent, your pay is terrible, the expectation for that pay is comical, you get no training, you have no
Stability, you get no benefits, you have no corporate support or involvement. Your job is to make the Director look good so their checks stay fat for doing minimal work.
Better love to sell because at this place your livelihood depends on it.
Good Luck ! But my advise is to stay away.

    Advice to Management

Pay your employees what their worth and hire salesman to sell your garbage, technicians should not be required to sell, it undermines the service they just gave.

    Pros

Amazing support and internal development, excellent mentors and executive team

    Cons

Health care and benefits are the largest areas of opportunity

    Advice to Management

I can't say enough great things about upper management and the executive team, you have all the right people in the right places. The only area that I would work to improve are the benefits

I have been working at WTS International part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

As a personal trainer and a former full-time student, it worked really well with my schedule. It's also great for getting needed experience if you are a trainer. I absolutely love my clients and get to meet so many great people.

    Cons

Not much room to grow and you don't make much money. I wouldn't recommend this job if you are looking for something full-time. Also, although I feel that I've grown from when I started training with the company, I feel that I'm currently stagnant and limited on how much more I can challenge myself or grow as a trainer or with the company in general.

    Advice to Management

Managers should be evaluated by employees. I've had some really great managers and not so great with this company. I believe there needs to be some sort of checks and balances.

    Cons

Software is out of date and mundane
Communication is not honest or upfront
The execution of operational successes are unclear and diluted.

    Advice to Management

I have been working at WTS International part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great upward mobility! Generally, very flexible schedule-wise, always understanding of conflicts. Good pay, I also collect gratuity. Interview process was very simple and quick.

    Cons

WTS is contracted by various hotel chains to manage different areas of the resort (Ex: Kid's Club, Spa, Member's Club, Fitness Center, Zumba/Yoga classes, etc.) Because WTS employees don't work FOR the hotel they work AT, we are sometimes disregarded by hotel staff and management, but on the WTS side, everyone is helpful, polite, and accessible.

    Advice to Management

I would like to see you stand up for the us. We are often taken for granted by the hotels. We have a small budget and I'd like to know how the money circulates.

    Advice to Management

In lieu of hiring "outside", great talent lies inside this office :)
