I have been working at WTS International full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

WTS is an amazing company to work for! I have had a abundance of leadership training and full support from corp office on new revenue generating ideas for my facility. The communication between myself and my COD is amazing. I have touch base call 2x month and participate in revenue generating calls 2x week with my district. We are constantly being challenge to "think outside the box" on creative ways to drive the customer experience while growing our business. I had an opportunity to travel to the corp office for WTS-University this summer - learning and development training sessions focused on company branding, values and leadership skills. I would highly recommend anyone interested in pursuing a career in Spa/ Fitness/ Lifestyle Management to reach out to WTS International. I have 10+ years in spa management, all with resorts (both family owned/ operated and International Brands). I have learned more from my time at WTS in the field of yield management, sales and marketing and public relations than at any other management company. Very rewarding career!

    Cons

Only WTS facility in my area. I would love to see WTS attract more clients/ facilities in SW Florida.

    Pros

WTS offers varied and unique environments depending on location and specialty. We service luxury hotel spas, large corporate fitness centers, multi sport complexes, lifestyle facilities and luxury wellness centers all over the US and abroad. WTS offers exceptional opportunities at the management level and, as a corporate employee, we regularly see internal advancement in the field. If you are a General Manager, Spa Director, Lifestyle Director or Fitness Director especially, it doesn't get better than WTS For your career. The work is challenging and rewarding and you will be recognized for your efforts and given the autonomy to use your strengths to be creative and successful. There is no ceiling to the growth and development opportunities available here. The people in these roles are amazing, hard working, and very talented individuals. Many have been with the company for multiple years and still continue to grow and develop internally. Any company has pros and cons and WTS is not for everyone - You need to love what you do and work hard to be successful, just like anything else.

    Cons

At the site level, part time positions do not include benefits and full time positions do. Regarding support from HR and the corporate office, we are growing quickly and do need more support at the corporate office, but in my experience, help is always available if you ask for it.

    Advice to Management

Clearly some current employees are leaving bad reviews online but continuing to stay employed with the company. Consider doing a survey to find what keeps them around and do what you can to make the experience better so we don't see poor reviews from existing employees. These may all be PT people that just wish they had benefits, but it would be good to know for certain.

I worked at WTS International full-time

    Pros

There are a lot of growth opportunities.
They are continually growing their portfolio.
Due to the number of locations they have world wide, relocation is possible.
I loved how all of the managers / directors were supportive and always willing to help other sites with what ever resources and needs, needed by the site. A lot of A+ employees work for the company.
The company does not micro manage their team members which is refreshing.

    Cons

Their corporate office can be a little frustrating to deal with at times as they are not overly quick to respond to site needs sent through email or phone.
