    Pros

    It was a place to move on to a better job from.

    Cons

    Pay is not up to local scale in Parkersburg. Upper level management is a joke. Constant turnover in Security. Poor equipment and self furnished uniforms. Poor cooperation from other departments. Promises made and not kept. Original middle management Officer was great, replacement is a joke.

    There are no pros for behavior of managers and supervisors and never addressed because staff are to scared to speak up...
