    Free fruit coffee tea and hot chocolate

    Cons

    This place is the definition of corporate american call center, it's not horrible it just is what it is. Need a job you don't care about to fill your time and give you a check, work here.

    Holidays off which I like to be off

    Work employees without a break when they are on "AHOD" against the law WW!!!! Members use profanity on you and WW don't want you to hung up the phone

    Great Product. Supportive, knowledgeable, and enjoyable associates to work with.

    Cons

    Failing middle management. Strong background in operations with minimal to no experience in B2B sales lack Business Acumen and understanding of a consultative role. Managment operates in two different modes "duty-bound" and "perfectionist". While in the “duty-bound” mode they focus on getting tasks done and ignore the people around them. As a leader they are too rigid and fail to connect with those they lead the CAM (Corporate Account Manager). Management does NOT connect to guide, inspire, listen, communicate, motivate or influence – in other words, lead. When in the “perfectionist” mode they fixate on people’s failings. As a Perfectionist Leader they only give failing grades – they never praise good performance. This has resulted in a negative impact on the CAM emotional state and overall performance. If you are out of work, consider this as a short term stop but be prepared to go it alone without management support and more importantly consider the emotional toll this will take. If you are employed, keep looking...

    Pros

    Very easy to get time off. Very understanding of family issues

    Cons

    Low pay. Hours cut easily. Management fads, little chance for promotion, frequent management changes. We used to call it the manager of the month club. High turnover in staff and management. Had to drive frequently an hour for four hours of work. Stingy with benefits
