Doesn't RecommendPositive OutlookNo opinion of CEOI worked at WWE full-time for more than 8 years
Pros
You learn a ton ; it’s fast paced and a globally recognized brand ; opportunities for tons of travel
Cons
The atmosphere is toxic - your ascent up the ladder is based on who you’ve managed to become friends with rather than talent. It is the most political, backstabbing atmosphere I can imagine. There is never a clear direction for the company. There is little communication between departments or from the management level. Management constantly dumps blame off on people below them and rarely holds themselves accountable. For women, the environment is predatory.

Pros
You get to be in a fast paced industry where you're from day one put in the action. Things are as you see on TV and they make good use of you and your skills.
Cons
You can very easily be forgotten as there is a big crew and fast paced work. There's a clear division in between suits and technical workers, with very little career path between worlds.
