Pros
WWE is a great company to have on paper on your resume. You will get to work on cool stuff that reaches millions of fans/ppl. Great learning experience and great stepping stone in your career.......Vince really does rock IRL.
Cons
If you are into office politics, favoritism, racism, sexual harassment, breaking rules and laws - this place is for you! If you are white or indian, you will have a decently long career. If you are anything but those, MAX you will stay there is 3 years. Place is a ticking time bomb of law suits ready to go off.

"WWE is a good company that has worked for me"

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookI have been working at WWE full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
The WWE is a good company that allows for professional growth if you are a fit for their respective areas. The pay structure is very good considering it is an entertainment company in Connecticut. WWE hires middle-management and up for their expertise in particular areas, and as such there is an expectation that you immediately provide value in your area. I think that this serves some well and others not. If you are good at your job then I have found that the WWE can be a great company to work.
Cons
Outline your expectations for what you want out of your job before joining the WWE. While I have found it to be engaging work many have not due to the frustrating reporting structure. I see both sides of this here and while there are redundancies in workflows and archaic management styles, it is what it is. If you are aligned with a well run team here the work can be good. Home ent/games is run well by people with backgrounds in the field. I think TV might be having a harder time.

Pros
Great company. Great resources, they pay well and make you earn every dime. Lots of different aspects to the business so you will learn a lot by being exposed to the different business units.
Cons
Tough culture and definitely not for everyone. Very demanding schedule and work life balance is a struggle. Company direction can change on a dime.
