    Pros

Awesome team setting with great support and recognition. Monthly team meetings for questions and concerns to be addressed. You get your own cubicle and could answer phones at your own pace, although there were incentives for meeting quotas.

    Cons

You get a lot of upset customers calling in and they can get pretty nasty over the phone without gave to face interactions. It can get very emotionally draining after awhile.

    Advice to Management

Keep the support strong and allow your employees to take a couple minutes to recharge after especially difficult phone calls. Recognize good customer service and offer incentives!

I have been working at Wachovia full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Comp plan, sales does not report to branch manager, provide tools to succeed and exceptional training, allow employees to easily transfer between departments.

    Cons

Work life balance, have to work occasional weekends, went out of business, not flexible considering improvements that can be made to current processes

    Advice to Management

Promote people that have demonstrated the ability to deliver and not based on how long someone has been there. Be more open to process changes.
