    Pros

    Co workers were great. The company got bought out by wells fargo and was previously was.

    Cons

    Long hours during month end. 2 late nights per week plus Saturday's.

    prior to acquisition was very good place to work

    Hard work goes un-noticed and promotions are based on who you know not quality of work.

    Pros

    Great benefits, wonderful incentives, management works with employees to meet their goals. Good working hours, company believes in team participation to reach branch goals.

    Cons

    High Pressure to make sales of new accounts, company quick to fire if quotas not met. Management does not backup employees or work to help them meet the company goals.

    Pros

    There is room for growth once you've proven yourself. The training prior to starting allows a buffer before interacting with clients.

    Cons

    Relocation may be hard depending on the area. Salary is based on performance of the center and not on an individual basis.

    Sometimes casual environment. Usually friendly coworkers

    Cant leave your desk to go to the bathroom. Its like elementary school.

    Friendly supervisors and staff. My team always made sure everyone was acknowledged during birthdays, etc.

    Cons

    There isn't much that pops into my mind.

    Promote those that are worthy and making their numbers.

    Pros

    They provided good training. I worked in a busy branch so it was a fast-paced environment. I liked it because it was never boring and the day flew by.

    Cons

    Teller manager was not flexible with scheduling. It was a mission to schedule doctor appointments. Progressing in the company was not an easy thing to accomplish.

    Advice to Management

    Provide more growth opportunities to current employees that want to better themselves.

    I worked at Wachovia as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

    during merger with wells fargo this was a terrific javascript only development position with little supervision and large latitude to complete tasks

    Cons

    slow development turn around with software engineers and odd paper thin cloth octagon cubicles so you could hear every nose scratch or click of people next to you

    Advice to Management

    manager left and got team members he liked to follow him to a new company
