    Cons

    Stressful
    New product lines are confusing
Global brand team is taking over and making careless decisions
Odd, old fashioned hierarchy of execs and senior management
Senior management distant from rest of teams
Overspending frenzy on systems and bureaucracy

    Advice to Management

Get a clue and change your dated thinking. You are making serious mistakes.

I have been working at Wacom full-time

    Pros

The best part about working at Wacom is the flexible work schedule. You have the ability to work from home whenever you deem necessary.

    Cons

Weakest christmas party ever. The worst part about working at Wacom is that there is no personal consideration at all. You are an employee, not a person.

    Advice to Management

Please spend more effort on the Christmas Party. Seriously, it was just a lunch at work.

    Positive Outlook

I worked at Wacom full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Creative and flexible with a broad product portfolio that spans a hugely diverse range of verticals. Very strong global team and some fantastic people work here.

    Cons

Too European focused and not enough specific country dynamics included in overall strategy.
Can be quite a niche product (main product group) and needs a lot of effort to shift a little in terms of growth

    Advice to Management

You would earn better revenues without overly hitting your margin if you supported a more aggressive approach to market, especially in UK

    Pros

It is a pretty dynamic environment, you see good collaboration between employees and departments, Krefeld office location is a bit off as working place

    Cons

Sometimes challenging jobs with very ambitious targets, a lot of change is ongoing (Systems, structures, processes), and as a global business it requires full time attention

    Advice to Management

Very global mindset for an originally Japanese company (with a lot of European and American managers) , please keep being this way and the creative spirit and drive a lot of people have,
