Apart from other service comp, WS is best in Semicon domain. WS has a good name in the industry so most of the engineers knows it.

    Flexible and good environment.

Can reach CEO any time for any concerns we have.

    Cons

To get more in house ODC.

    Advice to Management

Could see internal politics which was not there earlier.

I have been working at Wafer Space full-time

    Pros

    1. Attractive salary
    2. Free food(snacks, lunch and Tea)
    3. Good salary breakup. Take home will be in good proportion
    4. Reachable team (Finance, HR, Technical) and you can reach CEO also easily.
    5. Monthly birthday celebrations
    6. Work life balance depends on client (If you are at client). If you are in company, then it is really good.

    Cons

    1. Clients
    -----------
Saying: Tempt the future employees(Joinees) by saying they have multiple clients
Reality: They are not very greatly succeed in getting clients. Main clients they have are Continental, Qualcomm and Texas Instrumentation(TI)

    2. In house projects
    --------------------
Saying: They have few in house projects and getting more in house projects
Reality: TI is the only ODC they have and I don't feel they are succeeding in getting in house projects from other clients

    3. Politics: I see politics as same as other companies.

    4. Pink slips
    --------------
Saying: During recruitment they say, you can be Idle for long time and no sacking of employees
Reality: They wait for some duration like 4-12 months or so and if they don't find any client, they asked you to resign and search for job

    5. Rejection of/in interviews is directly proportion of risk of losing job.

    6. Till now I have not seen any long term duration employee with client, most are like 5-12 months

    Advice to Management

    1. Kindly recruite people only when their profile is accepted by client.
    2. If you could able to give another client to employee once after he finishes the client project
    3. Don't say that we have lots of inhouse projects, multiple clients and ODCs

    Pros

    Free food.
    Free snacks.
    Flexible work timing.
    Good salary.
The company is growing fast in semiconductors domain which is good(not worked in this domain though)

    Cons

Not ideal to start a career in embedded domain.
No vision or plan on where they want to position themselves in embedded domain. They want to be jack of all trades.
No in house projects at all
No proper infrastructure. Not even genuine OS and required tools for any development activity. Any request to the management will be unheard and unanswered.

    Advice to Management

Please don't give any false promises to candidates just to pull them in and spoil their career.
