I have been working at Waffle House full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Hard work. Hands on. People oriented. You get what you put into it. Great quality of life versus most restaurants.

    Cons

Long days. No holidays. Family time should be a bigger aspect. Team building would help everyone's morale. It is not always about the money.

    Advice to Management

    Kindness. Thank you. Respect

I worked at Waffle House full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

    Cons

The superior staff do not have any supervision meetings with the employees, in order to keep and maintain communication and/or stability, as well as punctuality and attendance monitoring.

    Advice to Management

Have supervision meetings with employees. I also feel that this corporate company as large as Waffle House should have incentive programs and quotas for the stores to keep the motivation.
