I have been working at Wagstaff full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Excellent culture. Employees are made to feel like family. What generous owners. Good benefits, aggressive wellness program (with lots of incentives), good time off, nice bonuses, excellent employee activities (they take their employees and their families to Silverwood each year!!!). Great experience.

    Cons

Turnover is low so promotion may be a bit slow...but it's good work and great overall career opportunities.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you're doing.

I have been working at Wagstaff full-time

    Pros

Great place to work. People come here and they stay here - like 20-30 years. Nice close knit feel and everyone helps each other out. They stay competitive on salary and benefits for the area in which they operate. Everyone seems to think that it's a great place to work as well. Very good people and leadership. And...I hear they are launching a full wellness program with a gym and everything. That's pretty cool.

    Cons

Some folks have been here forever and need some updating on their management techniques.

    Advice to Management

Figure out what makes the company great and build on it. I think that they don't know why they're successful...they should really understand that and try to build upon it.

I have been working at Wagstaff full-time

    Pros

Great benefits. Even through the rising cost of ACA the company tries to keep competitive in the benefits area. Health, disability, life insurance are some of the better plans available.

    Cons

Family owned an run. Not much opportunity for growth unless you are in the right church or family.

    Pros

    Good benefits, salary and people

    Cons

After third generation took over the atmosphere changed

    Advice to Management

Move people out of the jobs they cannot handle and either put them on jobs better suited to their abilities or get rid of them
