I worked at Wagstaff Worldwide full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Fun/interesting clients Client-facing experience for junior-level employees

    Cons

Wagstaff is not what they make themselves out to be. There is very little room for growth. Upper management is uninvolved and networking opportunities are few and far between. Client turnover is extremely high and workplace culture is abysmal. Wagstaff prides itself in having relatively high retainers but fails to retain clients due to uncompetitive rates for mediocre results.

I worked at Wagstaff Worldwide full-time

    Pros

Some excellent team members and opportunities to learn about the business; exposure to A-list clients and media. A good starting point on your resume especially if you want to gain PR/hospitality PR experience.

    Cons

Management put in place (in offices outside the LA headquarters) are not always the best people. CEO in LA is sometimes disconnected to the goings-on in satellite offices. Mediocre pay and job training for the results that are expected.

I worked at Wagstaff Worldwide full-time

    Pros

Decent perks Convenient location Diverse client roster Learning how to deal with the horrible personalities internally (mostly management) and externally (clients)

    Cons

Office culture is non existent, truly dark. Management is miserable, and can care less about creating a safe space for employees. It’s all about the clients.
