    I have been working at Waiākea as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

    Waiakea is a quickly growing company with huge potential. There is a large moral upside because of all they give back through various charitable programs. Management, in addition to being very flexible, is constantly looking for bigger and better ideas. It's extremely rewarding seeing the growth of the company in my time here.

    Cons

    Minimalist work environment. No bells or whistles.

    -You can directly see your contribution to the company and how it effects the bottom line
    -Management is young and open to new ideas and ways of doing things
    -A top priority for the company is philanthropy, so you know you're apart of a cause that's doing good
    -Constant innovation and creativity
    -Autonomy in your work regardless of your title
    -Flexible hours and remote work
    -Good benefits

    -No catered lunch or fancy expresso machine
