I have been working at Waiākea as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

Waiakea is a quickly growing company with huge potential. There is a large moral upside because of all they give back through various charitable programs. Management, in addition to being very flexible, is constantly looking for bigger and better ideas. It's extremely rewarding seeing the growth of the company in my time here.

    Cons

Minimalist work environment. No bells or whistles.

    Advice to Management

    none.

    I worked at Waiākea full-time

    Pros

The product is amazing so being able to drink it daily was awesome.

    Cons

Lack of support and leadership. I worked hard and cared about the company, but faced the brutal reminder that business is business and actions speak louder than words.
