Pros
Overall a great government agency to work for. Good people who really care about public service.
Cons
Despite being the senior employee in the division, when the new supervisor arrived it wasn't long before co-workers from another agency were interviewed for positions. I was overlooked a couple of instances, despite having more experience. Even the former direct supervisor would ask me for management advice. Seriously?
