    Pros

    Pursuit for excellence in all they do! Very collaborative and wonderful people to work with. Being a University, great home/life work balance.

    Cons

    If you are not a graduate of WFU, you may at times feel left out. Nepotism is live and well at the University.

    Pros

    Extremely inclusive culture that makes an effort to be proactive in its employee outreach, not reactive when issues arise. Clear and collaborative long-term goals allows for greater day-to-day motivation with specific job functions. Great work/life balance.

    Poor transparency with unit strategies that can sometimes cause redundant workloads.

    Pros

    Working in school has a good work life balance. The working environment is very good. Gets to interact with students a lot.

    Cons

    The payment for the work is relatively low. The location of the school is not quite suitable for young people. The training is somehow inadequate.

    Work life balance is great, graduate stipend is better than average, great faculty, cross departmental collaboration, excellent location ,well rounded students

    Cons

    No major connections to industry, Winston Salem is not for singles, poor affiliation with undergraduate campus, some PIs can be difficult to work with
