Management is fair. Instructors are provided with methods and the required content in order to gain the additional certifications needed to teach different courses at the school.

The work is not constant. There may be times when you have to be a little aggressive in requesting another assignment.

Some really good people to work with and flexible schedules.
Cons
Raises aren't based on performance. Policies are constantly changing without any notification or updates. Workloads can be overwhelming for Program Directors in all divisions and departments.
