I have been working at WakeMed Health and Hospitals full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Learning environment, lots of acute patients, opportunity to advance, decent benefits, good pay, good people

    Cons

The same as everywhere. Regulatory compliance is going to be a pain no matter where you work. Management sometimes seems more interested in perception of good care than anything else.
