      Pros

      The nursing staff is incredible. There are a variety of ailments which kept the job interesting as a provider. Incredible PTO benefits.

      often short-staffed. call pay was minimal.

      Great people to work with , the Executive Chef is great, every other weekend off is great

      Cons

      Short staffed, change of management from WakeMed to Compass was not a good choice. More work and not enough staff.

      Pros

      Love the people I work with! They are the reason that I have stayed. Good community/family feeling. They will try to find another department for you to work in if you are unhappy or find your department a poor fit. Campus police are awesome!

      Cons

      Short staffed frequently & the Wake share they tell you about in orientation is almost nonexistent. Awful uniform colors...red, black and grey. We look like blood and bruises
