Pros
Actually , very east to maneuver through
Cons
None I can think of at the time.
I'd rank them from better to worse Walmart-Walgreens-CVS. The volume and stress level do depend on the location but the CVS pharmacists seem to be always stressed and aggressive, completing some of their work during the 30 minute lunch break . Walmart likes to pay less and hires a lot of foreign pharmacy school graduates eager to get their first job in the US.

Hello! Worked in their chicago office in 2019. LOVED how laid back it was, at the time you got to choose 2 days a week to work remote. I'm sure they're probably fully remote with the pandemic, but I feel like that was pretty rare pre-pandemic. Jeans everyday, they had nice office spaces, kitchen areas, and it was right next to the red line. I was in a contract position for only a few months before I was leaving the city, so I probably can't answer too many questions about the actual corporate experience other than the culture I saw while I was there.
