The workload is heavy, the expectation to do more than 1 person's job to be 'all-rounders' is generally high. Management are lacking.

provides masks/visors and some screens that give adequate protection but not for all areas

often 1 person covering shop floor while others are in pharmacy, no one-way system or enough signage for customers to adhere to the 2m ruling and letting customers reoffend the law of not wearing a face mask when they use to wear one. No advice for customers on the queueing system in place for that particular store and barriers to protect staff from customers getting too close. Lack of staff including management on the shop floor making the shop vulnerable to theft and lone workers not feeling safe
