    Pros

    Decent pay. They show you how to do a lot of different things in the store. The customers are great.

    Cons

    They don’t train well for your job. They give you a little training and through you on the floor expecting you to know everything.

    Pros

    Can be laid back . You can meet great customers coming in to Walgreens. If you are friendly it’s a great place

    Cons

    Store Manager not fit to manage. If you work on the sales floor you will have to work every Holiday . Walgreens never close for a day. Can get very busy and rude customers with coupons .

    Advice to Management

    Don’t push your workers . Give them their space to learn . Don’t hassle them with unnecessary tasks. Always reward them when needed .
