    There are many things to do. Also, the busyness makes the time go by.

    Cons

    Not that many people are interested in becoming a pharamcy technician because it is a alot of work, which means that things can get very overwhelming at times

    Advice to Management

    Need better strategies in employing people (AKA, don't scare them off)

    Has one the best retirement 401k in the industry.

    Not enough payroll to get everything they want done on time.

    Advice to Management

    Add ten to twenty more hours to the budget for non 24 hours during the times when the store has to change/redo the promo aisle.

    Fast paced, always something new, good benefits.

    Cons

    You work all holidays and some nights and weekends. Forget taking time off during November or December. As ASM, expect to work 44 hours per week, up to 6 days a week in December.
