    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at Walgreens full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great benefits, paid time off accrual, profit sharing etc.

    Cons

Store managers are intimidated by manager trainees that have a four year college degree and will not help them succeed. Therefore wasting valuable talent because of there own personal jealousy and insecurities.

    Advice to Management

Need a better college graduate program that will not let store managers and shift leads disrespect and humiliate someone who is trying to better themselves and start a successful career with what is supposed to be a great company for professional growth.
