I have been working at Walgreens full-time

    Pros

    Good company to work with.
    Good insurance
    Got multiple raise
    Good pay
    Great employee
Employees always willing to do more

    Cons

District 703 is the worse. Supervisor have favorites. Always at friend store and not doing anything. She disagrees with rx managers and have a different way of doing things which in my opinion is not the at the corner of happy and healthy they portray. Too much monopoly and gossiping in this district.

I worked at Walgreens full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Walgreens helps even its part-time employees get health insurance and plan for their retirement. They pay reasonably well (about a dollar over minimum wage where I live).

    Cons

The store was very unhygienic. Employees who were told to take out the trash were not given gloves, and would carry dripping trash bags through the store. Management did not post the weekly schedules promptly, and would frequently call people to come in at the last minute because they had forgotten to tell them when they were scheduled. The general manager frequently complained that employees had too much power to report their superiors. I witnessed shift managers behave rudely to customers.
