    Variety of assignments, many locations, good benefits.

    Cons

    No clear rolls and responsibilities - too many teams doing the same things, average pay, senior management is not in touch with what is really happening within the corporate support office.

    Advice to Management

    Add more staff to the pharmacy, which is the growth driver of the business both from a revenue and profitability standpoint, get rid of un-qualified people in roles that are too technical for them.
