Pros
If you enjoy being on your feet and helping people than this is a great job! No two days are the same. Always busy and as a manager have a real opportunity to train and develop your team.
Cons
It is retail remember - so 365 days a year they are open and open longer around the holidays. Again customer service and sometimes you just get angry people just have to brush it off. Dealt with a terrible manager that really never did anything and yet micro managed like CRAZY everyone else.

Pros
Management can make and break this job. I was blessed with great managers (Robbie and Patti) and they were wonderful. Only reason I left is because of childcare issues
Cons
Low staff. Temp pharmacist that didn’t know their tush from their elbow
