Cons
This company is disconnected from their NC site, no HR presence in NC. The current SVP and Sr.leadership lacks insight into their business and has no compassion for their employees. This is not a place that fosters growth, they don't provide job descriptions, there is no briefing "before" you are asked you do something and no "debriefing" yet you are held accountable for something you didn't even know was acceptable. Managers who cannot think for themselves and are YES men and women will thrive in this environment, because that's what the walking company expects.

Drama frall the drama.om the top down. The director is always in the drama and so is the warehouse manager. The two supervisors usually are in the middle because it is their favorites who start it because they know they will not be the ones that get into trouble. I auit because they keep picking on me and telling lies.
