    Pros

    Safe culture . No cheating. Compassionate. Good office support. In house training.

    Cons

    Huge number of courses. Food supplied by garrets.

    Wages need to increased as inflation as going up everywhere.

    Management tries to do the right thing in terms of managing the business. Can get exposure to other parts of the business.

    Cons

    Very political in terms of promotion. it's who champions you.

    Like in every industry, there is a need for educated, experienced, sincere human elements for proper implementations of the system, which was somewhat found lacking in this organisation.

    Selection, training and retention of key personnel are paramount to any organization's success.

    Pros

    The company has a great culture. The bosses are very professional and there's always free lunch! Being a multi-national company, that gave us lots of opportunities to travel to work on their software and computer applications.

    1. May find some senior people joining this company from another company unaware of Wallem culture and very unfriendly and crazy people.
    2. May not get a quick promotion sometimes may need to do extra sailing in some case
