I worked at WallyPark full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great resume builder if you are in middle management. You get to experience so many different situations that will aid you in your next job.

    Cons

Horrible management. Management made every shift figh against each other. There was no sense of oneness. Horrible culture. So much infighting and snitching on each other. Different levels of accountability on employees on different shifts

    Advice to Management

Provided employees with realistic goals on how they can move up in the company. Better culture that about teamwork as a whole company and not shift vs shift.

    I worked at WallyPark full-time

    Pros

Consistently growing and steady company with nice people. They never paid late and left the local operation to the local management team.

    Cons

A little short on introductions, lack of connection with the company as a whole. It is a simple business model with not much chance of promotion or career development.

    Advice to Management

Get to know your people better, they may be spread across the country but they can be the best asset you have.

I have been working at WallyPark part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

job can be very very easy, depends on who you work with.
new facility very clean building is almost two years old
exactly 5 minutes away from the airport
family oriented place, most of the employees are very cool, calm and collective
younger crowd, easy to get along with
    teamwork
flexible with hours and requested days
you get to sit down while helping customers (not required to stand all day) 3 shifts available

    Cons

    pay is not so good
    unorganized at times
no convenient stores around to get lunch
hr is hard to get in touch with
    lack of employees (understaffed sometimes)

    Advice to Management

the reason for my 3 star rating is if some of these cons where fixed, this would be an even super job!!!! regardless of the pay.
