    Great Benefits and great development but you must be hardworking to achieve.

    Cons

    Pay could be better. Management needs reevaluation. Needs more training. Practice diversity and fairness with their employees.

    Pros

    Working with a lot of people, hours were great and being able to work in the cash office was fun.

    Cons

    Scheduling, pay, management and overall reputation.

    Advice to Management

    Use positive reinforcement instead of negative. In the employee reviews, instead of saying examining negative actions, use that time to express what you like about employees.

    Flooring in the store are extremely uncomfortable to stand/walk on all day.
