    Pros

The senior management team provides for a positive work environment and are innovative with ideas on how to better serve the customers and employees. Many employees have worked for the company for a minimum of 3 years so a long term position within the company is acheivable. An associate can transfer to Walmart in other locations and Human resources if very good with assisting in this area.

    Cons

One of the downsides is the traffic because the job is located near two major highways and police tend to choose the parking lot to meet quotas. The benefits package in my opinion could be better, no vision insurance for any walmart employee at the current time.

    Advice to Management

Senior management should allow associates to rate their supervisors' performance. This should include, but not limited to, interpersonal skills and proper training for each position.

I worked at Walmart full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Company feeds you alot, dress code casual, somewhat laid back, taking 3 days off will only count as one day. Meet a few good loyal coworkers. Only one fair and caring supervisor up there and that is Peggy B....

    Cons

Not reliable if your trying to have something in life, Micro management, little raises, having strick individual productivity, coworkers are friendly in your face, but messy behind you back. Some of the Supervisors are messy too and they don't see and acknowledge you for all your hard work, but acknowledge others that dnt work as hard and are not that bright are smart. Prob because dey are butt kissers, loud and extra friendly, but tlk about the supervisors behind they're backs too, And me of course is quite, do my job, go over and beyond, work hard, and stay out of mess. You wuld think a comp wuld want that.

    Advice to Management

Look out, watch for and acknowledge everyone's hard work, not just your favorite loud mouths. ..learn to appreciate more, stop micro managing and let plp do they're job. Know and actually be at work or ask someone that was actually there before you go giving other workers praise for somebody else's work! Feeling unappreciated or over looked when you know your one of the best can be really hurtful..
